Vienna is not only one of the most beautiful cities in the world, it is also a great city to explore different kind of cuisines and stumble upon wonderful little cafés&coffeeshops, bakeries with delicious breads and cookies, etc.

The list goes on and in this 8 years that I have lived in this city I didn't have the chance to try out as many locations as I would like to have. 

In case you are wondering if I am always documenting every meal that I am enjoying - no! (seriously? I am not THAT addicted to food pictures!) Of course not each and every of my dining experiences are appearing on the blog. The majority of my restaurant visits are either not blog-worthy, not delicious enough that I would recommend it, the staff was unfriendly (that is no-go by the way.) or I simply just forgot to take pictures (yup, that happens more often than I would like to admit. Shocking, I know.)

The other problem I have is that sometimes I am having this great meal or coffee/cake somewhere and I just don't find the time to write a whole blog post about it. And I was a food-crazy person long, long before I started the blog. So what about all the restaurants and cafes I visited years ago? I think it would be a shame not to mention them somewhere. So I came up with the brilliant (or not so brilliant) idea to write s short recommendation list for everybody who is looking for a good meal in Vienna.

I am still thinking how it should look like (cuisine-wise? district related? yummy-ness factor?), so stay tuned for more :)
